Quad of Watling JCB apprentices graduate
Watling JCB apprentices Jack Chantrell, Angus Bell, Lewis Keeley and Brandon Gray all graduated from Reaseheath College today in a ceremony at the college.
Jack also claimed individual glory after being awarded the ‘Advanced Apprentice of the Year’ and ‘The JCB Franchise Award’.
The quartet graduate with a Level 3 Apprenticeship in engineering which has been achieved over the last 3 years. A comprehensive set of skills learned whilst completing the course include engine, transmission, hydraulic, electrical and machinery technology, fabrication and welding, computing applications, fault diagnosis, practical skill instruction, engineering drawing and design.
Not only have they gained these useful skills whilst at the college but Watling JCB has provided the perfect platform for the graduates to gain invaluable practical experience. The boys have been learning on-the-job to perfect the skills needed to work within engineering and today was a mark of their success.
Jack and Angus have both been working out of our Leicester depot, whilst Lewis and Brandon have worked from Wymondham and Peterborough respectively.
Congratulations to all the apprentices on their hard work and achievements. Even more hard work is to come!
