Main Purpose of the Role:
The primary focus of this role is to manage the back counter operation, supporting engineers, processing parts efficiently, and ensuring excellent internal service levels. The role also includes responsibility for online shop orders and providing support across other areas of the Parts Department, including the retail and service counters during peak periods.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Provide professional support to engineers and customers via the back counter, telephone, and
online shop
• Accurately identify, process, and supply parts to internal and external customers
• Manage and fulfil online shop orders efficiently and accurately
• Support service and retail counters during busy periods
• Answer incoming calls promptly and return messages efficiently
• Pick, prepare, and issue parts for service jobs, ensuring readiness for engineers
• Process VOR and service exchange parts in line with company procedures
• Book in deliveries, maintain accurate stock records, and manage bin locations
• Ensure all paperwork and system entries are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health & safety, and security
• Operate a forklift safely and responsibly (training provided if required)
• Contribute positively to team performance and deliver excellent customer service

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
