Our Product Support team comprises of 95 Engineers who are available 24/7 to keep your machine working. They are all equipped with diagnostic equipment, computers, hydraulic test equipment and fast response vehicles and are backed up by five workshops fully equipped to handle all large repairs.

Constant training and updated information relayed via JCB’s TECHWEB internet site ensures that technical information is right up to the hour.

We have low loaders that can collect your machines for repair and deliver to one of our five depots. Alternatively we have a modern fleet of service vans fully equipped and with good stocks of fast moving parts that can come out to site on request.
